a 5-session meditation program Learning to trust the fullness of this moment
Coeur means ‘Heart’ in French. A courageous act therefore, is an act from the Heart, calling us regardless of it’s difficulty. The simple act of pausing, resting back, and being kindly present with thoughts, feelings and sensations, just the way they are, is a radical and courageous one. It goes against the grain of our conditioning to seek happiness elsewhere: in the past, the future, in substances, relationships, beliefs or experiences. During this program we pause together and learn to trust that in the absence of ‘doing’, ‘reaching’ and ‘fixing’ our experience, lies the fullness we have always longed for. And by resting in that loving presence we'll find that all resistance to 'this moment' dissolves effortlessly and feel ourselves more and more at home there. This calling from the heart to be simply present with life, lies at the center of what is referred to as 'meditation' and requires no particular experience. The sessions will be guided and there will also be space to share our experiences and ask questions. Cancellations up to 1 month before the first session will be refunded 50% of your purchasing price. For cancellations within one month before the first session no refunds will be made. If your spot can be immediately filled due to a full waiting list you will be refunded 100%.
